As spring comes back around, I'm reminded how this is just the beginning.
This is just the beginning of this new year. I'm in a total mode of reflection and I can't believe how far I've come to get to this place.
Last year I was in a career that I didn't like (not the job itself, but the place and people made a toxic culture) and missing out on what was happening around me. I didn't get to see my kids like I had wanted, I didn't get to feel the joy every day as I do now.
If I could show you all the opportunities that I was given last year just because I made one big change, you'd feel just as overwhelmed as I did in each moment. I was able to gain experience in so many different areas of photography and graphic design that I truly felt that I found my place.
I'm so blessed to have the opportunity to do something I love, that I'm passionate about, and work full
time.
I don't know how young or old others are when they are given their second chance at doing something they love, but I'm taking this year and running as hard as I can and making this last my lifetime!

Treasure it.
